Tasks
- Cut fabric or layers of fabric to specifications
- Cut and prepare fabric, leather and fur samples
- Adjust cutting technique to type of fabric and style of garment
- Examine products for defects and to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Clean machines and immediate work areas
- Assist machine operators and other textile workers as required
